Summary of the previous part: Queen Eugenia 1st meets Sheikh Ali BEN MAZOUT to ask for his help in repatriating the SWORDFISH to the QUATRETAR base, but the latter refuses because YAMEN is a country at war and does not want to be mixed up with its Saudi neighbor.

The Queen decides to ask her brother, the former king of LISTENBURG AMADEUS, to influence her, as they know each other well.

AMADEUS succeeds in changing the Sheikh's mind...
