Summary of the previous part: Jimini HOLMES learns that a secret meeting will take place in a ministry through an unknown association: the FREEBOSSES...

With the help of Inspector TENROC, he discovers that among the guests are Ali Ben MAZOUT and Transvap Sing Raja and BRECHOLOU, three dangerous individuals. And the King and Queen of LISTENBURG are also there...

During this meeting, the engineer of the Extrem Speed Train, a friend of Jimini HOLMES, who is leaving a restaurant with friends, receives a phone call from Jimini HOLMES who tells him to meet him at his construction site...

His body is found the next day by security guards. He is in a coma... And Moby DICK's friends indicate that he had received a phone call from Jimini HOLMES.

Jimini HOLMES, Inspector TENROC and his deputy all become suspects and the investigation is entrusted to the SIL, the Listenburger Internal Security Service...

And we discover, in an unknown place, that a mysterious individual bearing the name of BASILEUS and leader of the FREEBOSSES, is pleased with what is happening...
