Summary of the previous part: Jimini HOLMES is convinced that it's the American CIA that wants to destabilize LISTENBURG with a nuclear explosion during an international gas summit...

And for this, he has an idea. Thanks to a source, he's discovered that the Listenburger Red Taxis are in fact a CIA spy service. They eavesdrop on on-board conversations and also observe the Listenburger people... 

 

His idea is to trap this American eavesdropping service...
